  Probably one of the best Dunkin's around. Gets you in and out quickly. Nice section for sitting and meeting with customers. Very important being so close to the courthouse.

  Bought 2 iced apple ciders for $5.33 and all it was, was a cup full of ice!! Took maybe 5 sips and gone!! Now I just have a cup full of ice!! Poor service especially when I called up to complain. No one speaks English and the girl that answered the phone kept pressing buttons and then hung up on me. Rude people!!!

  I do not know why I continue to go to this Dunkins, maybe because it is so close to my home and school, but from now on I will take the extra 10 minutes to drive to Dippin Donuts because I have never in my many times at this Dunkin's, have had a good experience. I leave the drive thru every time angry and frustrated and hate starting my day with them. Reasons why:
  1. When I go to the drive thru, I expect to place my order and go to the window, pay for my items and be on my way, fast hence the drive thru, but instead I am there for several minutes every time even if I am the only customer in line
  2. After having to repeat myself several times at the ordering screen, because they can never get my order the first time, they inform me they got my order but when I have to pull up to the window they ask me AGAIN for my order. Please pay attention. This is your job
  3.If you charge me for my items and then ask me what was my order, that makes me wonder what I was really charged for
  Overall I have never had a good experience and unless you like leaving with nothing but a headache i would never suggest going there.

  Don't buy sandwiches at this location. For YEARS i would have to return my sandwich because it had cheese on it even though i asked for no cheese. The receipt would even say no cheese, yet there was cheese.
  
  They seemed to fix that issue, but the past four times i have gone, i've gotten a croissant instead of a bagel. It;s not that this happens once in a while. That would be understandable. THIS IS EVERY SINGLE TIME. Is it that hard to read the 4 ingredients of the sandwich off the screen that shows orders? Can the employees not read English? This is not acceptable.
